Step 2
Free Speech/Language Screener (Optional)
We offer complimentary screeners to help determine if a full evaluation is recommended. Screenings are brief, informal, and designed to identify potential communication concerns.
Step 3
Discuss Payment & Pricing
Before moving forward, we’ll walk you through our service rates, payment options, and what to expect financially. We value transparency and want to make sure you feel comfortable and informed.
Step 4
Schedule an Evaluation
If therapy seems appropriate, we’ll schedule a comprehensive evaluation. This includes standardized testing, parent interviews, and clinical observations to better understand your child’s communication strengths and needs.
Step 5
Receive Your Evaluation Report
After the assessment, you’ll receive a detailed written report with findings and individualized therapy recommendations. We’ll review it together and answer any questions.
Step 6
Begin Therapy
Once your plan is in place, we’ll schedule weekly therapy sessions tailored to your child’s goals. Sessions are interactive, play-based, and designed to support progress in a fun, encouraging environment.
Step 7
Ongoing Collaboration
We believe in teamwork. We’ll stay in close communication with you- and with your permission, your child’s teachers or school team-to ensure consistency and support across environments.

Celebrate Progress Together!
We regularly check in, update goals, and celebrate each milestone. Your child’s growth is our joy! We honor progress over perfection!
